I founded Task Tank around a simple idea: lawyers should be able to spend more of their time practising law and serving their clients, rather than being consumed by the administrative work required to keep a busy practice moving.

Having spent over a decade working in legal practice, I understand that effective delegation in a law firm requires more than simply finding someone who can complete administrative tasks. It requires people who understand the professional environment, communicate well, exercise sound judgment, respect confidentiality and can become genuinely familiar with the way a particular practice operates.

That is why Task Tank’s Practice Specialists are legally educated professionals selected specifically to support law firms. We integrate them into the systems and workflows firms already use, with the goal of creating dependable additional capacity that feels like an extension of the practice, rather than simply outsourced task support.

Task Tank was built to make high-quality delegation practical and accessible for solo and small law firms, without compromising the standards lawyers expect from the people supporting their practices.
